You need to show your team members that you really want them to move forward in their careers by providing them better learning opportunities. The key factor to build a healthy and positive workplace is trust, always try to build trust in your team. If you try to handle your team with fear and authority, it will create an atmosphere of fear, which is not good for the growth of the company.
